    As HR professionals, we have seen first hand how company culture drives employee engagement, productivity and business outcomes. We know that’s no accident. If leaders do not proactively manage and intentionally cultivate the workplace culture, an organization is less likely to achieve the desired results. 

    In this session, we will discuss how HR leaders can help their leadership teams to actively shape a culture that drives not only high-performance and business outcomes but also employee well-being and inclusion.


    We will explore:


    • Elements of culture that drive productivity and high-performance and business results, such as:

      • Goal setting, alignment, OKRs
      • Agile performance management that focuses more on feedback and coaching rather than ratings and rewards
      • Accountability measures and process


    • Cultural attributes that contribute to a unique employer brand and employee value proposition 

      • Values and behaviors that are fully integrated into all aspects of your people processes to ensure high performance to maximize outcomes
      • Creating an authentic emphasis on well-being
      • Optimizing your ways of working to maximize productivity, communication, and employee connection in a post-pandemic environment
      • Defining what is next in your diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging journey to enhance your culture and increase performance and business outcomes
    • The role of HR leaders and business leaders to bring these elements together to create a successful and engaged organization with a focus on:
      • Maximizing the connection between talent, organization and human capability 
      • Increasing shared accountability for this work to drive business results; and
      • Leveraging HR tools, technology, data, analytics and AI in support of cultural initiatives.
