Dear HRSF community, 

I am honored to serve as the president of the HR Strategy Forum for the 2025-2026 term. I look forward to partnering with our talented board members, who bring extensive expertise and passion for advancing the HR field. For 30 years, the HR Strategy Forum has been a source of inspiration and community for HR leaders in California at some of the most innovative organizations in the world. It is my privilege to carry this torch and help advance our association by providing greater value to our community.

To drive the HR Strategy Forum’s ambitious agenda, the board has committed to three key principles: being known, relevant, and sustainable. As members, you can expect to see new programming and enhanced coverage of topics in 2025. Our four main programs, scheduled throughout the year, will be centered around the theme of "HR Leadership in a Multi-Factor Turbulent World."

This year, we have launched a new offering called “Executive Think and Talk.” These are small group forums focused on trending topics where members can brainstorm ideas, share tools and resources, and engage in a dialogue. These sessions provide valuable opportunities for benchmarking with Bay Area organizations and gaining actionable, well-tested ideas.

Since the pandemic, our community has expressed a strong desire to meet in person. To facilitate these connections, we plan to host multiple networking events. Additionally, we will expand our Chief People Officer (CPO) circles. If you are a CPO, these circles offer an excellent opportunity to form deeper connections with others in similar roles.

In addition to attending our events, I invite you to consider serving on a committee. It is a rewarding way to give back and build meaningful connections with HR leaders across various organizations. Personally, I have found this experience to be Incredibly fulfilling and enriching.
