Stacy Proctor is a mission-driven Chief People Officer, People Partner, and HR Advisor with over 25 years of experience creating and aligning people strategy with business goals for purpose-driven organizations. Recognized for her practical approach, Stacy has led HR transformations across industries such as biotech, sustainable energy, and medical technology, focusing on building high-performing cultures rooted in trust. Stacy specializes in organizational design, leadership development, and change leadership.

Most recently, Stacy has developed a playbook for implementing AI within organizations. The change leadership focus and detailed approach coaches leaders to ensure that AI augments HI (human intelligence and wisdom), allowing HI to add exponential value to the company’s purpose.

She earned an MBA, a BA in Sociology, and multiple certifications, including SPHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, and an “Advanced Lead with AI” Certification.

But when you ask her, she will describe her most important roles as a mother, wife, sister, and daughter who cares deeply about educating the next generations, and therefore, she serves on multiple non-profit Boards of Directors, including this wonderful opportunity as the Chief of Staff for the HR Strategy Forum.
