Marilyn Stemper is a National Director with CareerArc Transition Services, a division of CareerArc.  As a prior Management Consulting Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Global Business Services and EY Advisory Services, she is recognized as an organizational development and sales executive with 26 years of strategic transformation experience advising Fortune 100 clients.  

Marilyn has focused her career on process improvement, functional realignment, and leadership management with knowledge across multiple functions (HCM, SCM & CRM) as well as a number of industries including technology, services and consumer products. She is an annual sponsor of HRPS, NHRA, SDHR and PIHRA and has authored several human capital management articles.  With a passion for entrepreneurship, Marilyn is an Executive in Residence at UCI’s Cove and also consults with startup companies as a long-standing member with the largest US angel investing group, Tech Coast Angels.
