Lorraine partners with clients from global Fortune 50 leaders to small organizations.  As a consultant, Lorraine designed and led talent development initiatives for companies such as Boeing and Genentech.

DAVIS

Core-Mark International

Lorraine led, designed, launched, and scaled the first Leadership Development/Talent Management function enterprise-wide for Core-Mark International, 135-year-old company. Development Audience: SVPs, Division Presidents, VPs, Managers.
Led succession planning, assessment, performance management.
Led and launched online learning and training for individuals to build skills company wide.
Manager team development 

Williams-Sonoma. Global Manager Development.   Led the strategy & curriculum design for global manager leadership development. Launched the first online global learning program for managers. 
   
Kaiser Permanente.  Physician Leadership Development. Collaborated with Physician-in-Chief, Physician HR and Physician leaders to build leadership development succession plans.  Full time executive coaching: Surgeons, Chiefs of Medical Departments.  

Pacific, Gas and Electric.  Led and scaled the PG&E Leadership Academy.  Built a high performing team of 35 professionals in an environment of business transformation. Collaborated: redesign of performance management, technical school partnership and curriculum redesign, succession planning, executive coaching.  HR Strategist to line of business. 

Educational Leadership.  Lorraine’s earlier career includes teaching art to high school students for the United States Department of Defense in Germany for 4 years. She led art workshops for US service members and European participants.

Lorraine served as an urban public-school principal in Atlanta, Georgia - DeKalb County Schools.  As a principal, led education programs for 2,900+ students speaking over 50 languages, led a team of 100 teachers and support staff, built community and business partnerships, managed a 12-acre urban campus to provide a safe, impactful learning environment.
