Why is it that Companies struggle to build trust?  Why does trust matter now more than ever? Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hear the latest research and real examples of what’s going on in the bay area around this topic.  

 

Using a design thinking framework, this session explores the inevitable tension of balancing individual experience with organizational needs across the employee lifecycle, and what we can do to show up and contribute as an influential, powerful, and ethical partner.

Program Description

Our highly skilled facilitators will lead you through a design thinking process using real-world examples of workplace trust challenges and facilitate small group activities that explore solutions to building trust with employees and representing the organization fairly.  

Program Outcomes

After this program, attendees will be able to:

  • Engage a design thinking process to address common trust issues relevant in their organizations
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the dilemmas inherent in building trust in the workplace
  • Prepare conversation guides to manage predictable scenarios
  • Practice telling employees the truth
  • Establish a network of peers to support one another in a courageous approach to trust
