Keri Ohlrich, author of The Way of the HR Warrior, will lead our discussion along with a spirited panel of:  David Gray, SVP Tenent Rep and Workplace Strategy, Colliers, and others. 

 

 

Keri Ohlrich

CEO, Abbracci Group

Dr. Keri Ohlrich, CEO and co-founder, is an outcome-focused senior executive with more than 20 years of success in the HR, manufacturing, consumer goods, and consulting industries. Leveraging extensive experience in HR leadership for organizations, she is a valuable asset for companies requiring assistance with business, talent, or HR challenges. Her broad areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, employee relations, talent management, culture change, conflict management, performance management, organizational development, workshop facilitation, and employee engagement and development. Throughout her career, Keri has held leadership positions at a variety of organizations ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 companies. In her previous roles she has created and implemented HR processes, redesigned the talent function for an organization serving 25,000 global employees, led change management for a new business strategy, and overhauled the Human Resources department.

Keri obtained her PhD in Human Development and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She holds an MS in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, an MS in Global Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Psychology and Business from Carnegie Mellon University. She resides in Pasadena, CA.
     
 

David Gray

Senior VP, Colliers

David Gray is a Senior VP with Colliers, with 30 years representing Silicon Valley tenants. Focused on negotiating lease and sales transactions on the business side, David loves speaking at Workplace conferences, most recently in Barcelona at World Workplace Europe. He's also excited about his US Patent pending for a Workplace Alignment tool measuring how well workplace culture and other HR metrics align to business results (OKRs).  An empty-nester, David has happily seen two millennial children move off his payroll, freeing him to play more chess and attend the Festival of San Fermin.  Ask him about his Bill Murray close encounter story, and why his Cal Bears will go to next year's Rose Bowl!
