Kerry-Lee is the Founder and CEO of Top Talent Training Ltd, an online learning and development business aimed at building front-line leader capability. With nearly 20years experience in the Global HR field, Kerry-Lee has partnered, coached and trained leaders from around the world to build their capability and performance. Kerry-Lee has worked in a diverse range of industries and held multiple roles as a global HR practitioner during her career.

Today Kerry-Lee coaches and trains front-line leaders so that they are better equipped to navigate the ever evolving world of work. She also helps small business owners build their people strategies and practices so that they align with the company’s growth trajectory.

Kerry-Lee earned a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management) from the University of South Australia in Adelaide, South Australia and a Coaching certification through the Institute of Executive Coaching in Sydney, Australia.

Kerry-Lee has a passion for seeing business leaders thrive. She lives on beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada with her family and loves hiking, biking, travelling and spending quality times with her friends and family.
