Patrick has been with AAA for 12 years, currently leading enterprise diversity and inclusion. He is also a co-chair for Out & Equal Workplace Advocates-San Francisco-Bay Area Regional Council. He is former Director of Organization and Management Development for California Pacific Medical Center and the Pacific Stock Exchange. He has more than 30 years experience in education, organization and human systems development, human behavior, management, and executive coaching. He has also served on the faculty of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Business Administration. As an independent consultant, Patrick worked with organizations in the United States and Europe, leading efforts in organization development, strategy development, large scale change and culture integration, creating senior management teams, 360 feedback, and executive coaching. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology/Counseling from the University of Houston, and has completed the course work towards a Doctor of Education in Applied Psychology and Organization Development at the University of San Francisco. He is a Certified Executive Coach and holds a Certificate in Learning Organizations from Yale University and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Army where he was a therapist for many years. |
