Diane Gleason is the Director of Human Resources and Development for B. Braun Medical Inc. at their facility located in Irvine, California.  B. Braun’s Irvine Facility manufactures Intravenous solutions including basic solutions, nutrition solutions, drug delivery containers and solutions and surgical irrigation products. 

B. Braun was founded in 1839 in Melsungen, Germany and has remained a privately held organization.  Throughout the years, B. Braun has evolved into a $5 Billion Global Healthcare Company with manufacturing and marketing sites in over 50 countries with over 30,000 employees worldwide. 


Beth Lasich
Senior Vice President, Aramark

Beth Lasich is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for ARAMARK Uniform & Career Apparel (AUCA), a leading provider of uniforms and career apparel to more than two million wearers across the United States and Canada. Beth leads the human resource function and is responsible for driving the development and implementation of AUCA’s people strategies supporting more than 15,000 employees across the three lines of business within the portfolio. She is based in the corporate office located in Burbank, California.

John Machin is director, global human resources for PPG Aerospace.  PPG Aerospace is an $800MM strategic business unit of $15BB PPG Industries.  PPG Aerospace is recognized as a global leader in the development, design, production, and distribution of innovative high technology aerospace transparencies, sealants, coatings, and application systems.  PPG Aerospace is a preferred supplier to a wide range of original equipment manufacturers and maintenance providers in the commercial, military regional jet and general aviation market sectors, worldwide.  A member of the company’s 20-member Leadership Team, Machin leads PPG Aerospace’s organization and people performance strategies.

Gerry Ledford, Ph.D.

Gerry Ledford, the Program Chair for the HR Strategy Forum in 2007-08, is a nationally recognized authority on human capital issues, including compensation, talent management, organization design, and employee involvement. He is President of the Ledford Consulting Network. From 1998 to 2003, he was a leader at Sibson Consulting, where he was Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader, Employee Effectiveness. Previously, he was Research Professor at the Center for Effective Organizations, Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, where he was a key contributor from 1982 - 1998.
