The HR Strategy Forum is the California Affiliate of

Jefferson Marquis (Ph.D., 1997, The Ohio State University) is a Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation. His research interests include defense strategy, planning, program assessment, and resource management as well as private/public sector diversity management. As RAND’s Group Manager for International & Security Policy (2000-05), he coordinated the recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development of political scientists, international and defense policy analysts, research assistants and research communicators in RAND’s Santa Monica, Washington and Pittsburgh offices. Currently, he is a professor of public policy at the Pardee Rand Graduate School. He has published widely on variety of defense-related topics, and is lead author of the recent RAND publication, Managing Diversity in Corporate America: An Exploratory Analysis. |
