Donna Salvo ,V.P. of HR Operations for People and Performance joined AAA
Northern California, Nevada and Utah in 2008.
As a key HR Executive, Donna is responsible for overseeing areas such as;
talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, payroll, change management,
performance management, HR systems, policy and governance administration as
well as employee relations. Donna is a results-oriented HR executive with
more than 20 years of progressive U.S. and International HR/Management
expertise which encompasses large Fortune 500 companies and start-up
organizations. She serves as a key advisor and business partner with C level
management and brings expertise in developing and executing HR plans that
accelerate an organization’s success to drive a more competent, diverse,
well-trained and effective workforce.
Before joining AAA, Donna held various executive positions with Citibank,
Wells Fargo, Palm Inc., Hexcel Corp, ADP and Colgate-Palmolive.
She resides in Lafayette, California with her fiancé David, and their two
Papillion's. |
