K.C. has over 25 years experience in executive
search, career and talent development, and sales to the Fortune 1000 market.
Her career began with over 15 years in executive search, where she developed
insights into successful job and career transitions. She left search to join
Right Management, one of the global leaders in outplacement and leadership
development. There, she assumed the role of VP / Client Services, with an
emphasis on client interfaces to assess, plan and implement career
transition initiatives. K.C. worked with outplaced Directors and VP’s to
successfully transition their careers, often in challenging markets or
industries. She was certified by Right as an executive coach and delivered
coaching to leaders in a cross section of industries.
K.C.’s individual career coaching takes clients through processes of
individualized internal assessment, external feedback, marketplace research,
proactive inquiry, interviewing and strategies for continuous career
management. She has formed and facilitated numerous Career Transition Groups
over the past 20 years.
K.C. has been an account executive for global, industry-leading Learning &
Development and OD vendors, selling to Fortune 1000 companies. She is active
in her community, participates in her local Toastmasters club, has served on
several nonprofit Boards and was an adult literacy coach.
