Welcome to the Future of Feedback:
Trends and Technologies Influencing the Way We Work Together

Are you looking for a way to connect the dots between future macro-trends and technologies, and micro-applications in your world?

On the one hand, globalization and the rise of the Millennial Generation have created a more fluid, technologically-savvy world. Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, and the Internet of Things are taking on more of the intellectual burden of the enterprise, shattering and reshaping our basic assumptions about who works, what people do, and how we measure human and company performance. Daniel W. Rasmus, CMO of GlobalEnglish and former Director of Business Insights at Microsoft will take us down the rabbit hole of technological change and its broad implications on the future of work.

On the other hand, while the rules are changing, at least one thing endures:  a highly-engaged, constantly learning workforce hinges on feedback – manager-to-employee, employee-to-company, and just about everything in between.  Traditional ways of collecting and acting on feedback are too cumbersome and infrequent to provide actionable insights on employee and company performance.  Justin Black, Senior Director of Organizational Development Science at Glint Inc., will move us from the broad conversation, to one sharply focused on trends and technologies influencing the way organizations listen to employees, understand feedback, and take effective action to impact engagement and performance.

Join us for the November HR Strategy Forum, where our speakers will lead us in exploring together the future of work through these two lenses.
