
With a proven track record of success in helping people and organizations achieve excellence, Dr. Maurice H. Rahimi has more than 25 years of experience in teaching, consulting, and practicing on issues that are the foundations of the analysis, problems and options identification, and value adding implementation Solutions with respect to the people, structure, and processes of organizations. His practice is focused on organizational development (leadership development, team building, executive coaching, and performance management), strategic thinking (measurement, planning, and optimization), career management, general HR functions and policy formulation and evaluation.
Maurice currently serves as the director of performance optimization for Metrus Group, Inc. His clients have included some of the leading organizations in the United States. Internationally, he has provided consulting services to CEO Club China on US organizational performance optimizing practices and has lectured at Beijing, Shenyang, and Shenzhen Universities in China, among other engagements.
Dr. Rahimi has an MA in Economics, an MPA, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration with a focus on organization development from the University of Southern California where he currently teaches as an adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Policy, Planning, and Development. Dr. Rahimi has previously taught at numerous institutions of higher education including University of Georgia, University of Colorado, and University of California at San Diego, where he also served as Director of the Global Leadership Institute.
Maurice currently serves as board treasurer for HRSF. He also chairs the vocational services committee for district 5340 of Rotary international in San Diego where he is the immediate past president of the Rotary Club of Rancho Santa Fe.
