Craig Ramsay has over 20 years experience as a senior organizational development practitioner helping client companies establish an employee engagement culture that has a sustainable impact on business performance. Most recently, as Intuit's Director of Workforce Research, he built the employee engagement best practices that helped the company achieve best in class employee engagement levels for the technology industry and a Fortune 100 Best Place to Work listing eight years in a row. Craig has shared his innovative work on employee engagement at conferences in the US, Europe, India, and Asia. Recently, he was chair of the Information Technology Survey Group (ITSG), a global consortium of the top high tech firms. Craig has a master's degree in Organizational Development and a BS in Industrial Engineering Management.
