Larry Ito is the Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Services at Steadfast Companies, a multifaceted real estate investment, development and management company that owns and operates a diverse and growing portfolio of more than $1.5 billion across the United States and Mexico. Larry brings more than 20 years of human resources management and leadership experience to his position and is responsible for all areas of Steadfast's Human Resources function globally.

Prior to this position, Larry served as Vice President of Human Resources at Reyes Holdings, one of the largest privately held companies in the United States with sales in excess of $12 billion per year. RH operates in 7 countries, 49 states and has over 11,000 employees focused on food and beverage distribution. RH's Beverage Group (RBG) is the largest beer distributor in the United States, with operating companies in 7 states. Larry was responsible for the functional leadership of HR for 3 Southern California companies (Harbor Distributing, Gate City Beverage, Crest Beverage) in 7 facilities. RBG Southern California represents over 1,100 employees and sales of $1 billion per year. In his time at RBG, Larry developed and implemented an HR strategy based on 5 fundamentals of organizational improvement, built the strongest HR function within the corporation based on intense client focus, and managed HR due diligence and integration efforts for 9 company acquisitions and a joint venture resulting in a doubling of the RBG revenue and employee workforce.

Prior to joining RBG, Larry served as the Worldwide Director of Human Resources at Zolo Technologies, Inc, a start-up company that designs and manufactures optical networking subsystem components for telecommunications. Larry also held positions at Montgomery Watson Harza, an environmental engineering and technology company, and at Lockheed Martin - Aeronautical Systems Company, in similar human resource capacities.

Larry holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from California State University, Northridge in Environmental and Occupational Health. He went on to receive an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) and has completed Human Resource Executive Programs at Harvard, Stanford, and USC.
